Vår misjon og filosofi ved vår Hundesalonger er å ta vare på komforten, sikkerheten og helsen til din hund, katt og hest. Vi utdanner kunder ved å gi råd og bistand innen omsorgsfeltet. Vi oppfordrer deg til å nappe trådhårede hunder, spanieler og settere. Under besøk tilbyr vi ikke tjenester som kan skade kjæledyrets helse.

HEALTH AND RESPECT

In our salons, you pets is in the first place, its safety and well-being, as well as the aesthetic hairstyle that emphasizes its beauty.

We will not perform treatment that causes pain or stress.

Clients are advised to inform us about allergies, sensitivity, medical or anything else we should know.

Due to the long waiting time for the visit, we accept female if she is in season / heat - please inform us about this before the visit.

BUT we do not accept pregnant and puerperal period females.

The groomer is not responsible for the deterioration of the health of the bitch and her

puppies if this information is kept secret by the owner.

Please keep your dog on a leash - For your pet’s safety, bring your dog in and out of the salon on a leash.

This will help ensure that your dog does not run out the door when another customer

arrives and allows us to safely guide your dog to the grooming area.

Please be sure to let your dog dog pees and poops before the treatment.

We only use professional cosmetics for animals from well-known and recognized companies.
The workplace and tools are disinfected after each dog, additionally, all tools are sterilized every day.
Each dog gets its own fresh set of towels.
The services are performed without the use of pharmacological agents.

OUR COOPERATION WITH YOUR DOG

We focus on quality and not quantity, so we approach each dog individually and

devote as much time to him as he needs.

In order for us to care for your dog safely and professionally,

the grooming time is from one to three or more hours.

PUPPIES AND VETERANS IN THE GROOMING SALON

Puppy training is always performed on the puppy's first visit to the salon until is 6 months old.

The service includes acquainting the puppy with the salon, tools and rules prevailing in it.

It includes a bath, nail clipping and hygienic haircut - the price is 50% lower than the standard one.

If the puppy's coat is badly neglected, the groomer performs a standard haircut,

with the price not being subject to the promotion.

Owners of dogs over 8 years of age are required

to sign a "veteran safety and health" document which is available for viewing in our grooming salons.

PAYMENT AND PRICE LIST

Prices are not negotiable.

The price list is available on our website, these are indicative prices.

May vary depending on grooming/dog behavior/dog size.

We reserve the right to charge an additional amount for very large tangles and/or matted fur.

Simple herd processing it's free
Challenging herd treatment there is 25% / 30% added to the basic price.

All prices are based on the current FCI breed standard,

if the dog is very different from the breed standard, the price can be changed - www.fci.be

Care advice is free of charge - we care about the comfort of dogs that,

used to treatments at home, are less nervous in the salon.

DIFFICULT AND AGGRESSIVE DOGS

We do not accept biting dogs.

The owner will be held liable for damages due to lack of information on this.

If a dog turns out to be aggressive, the owner will be asked to pick it up.

The dog groomer has the right to refuse treatment for whatever reason.

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

Ordering the time and care of your pet is done through our online calendar, our FB page, email or by phone.
The owner is obliged to provide a current contact phone number

(optionally to an additional person responsible for the animal),

email address and all information about the animal needed for the hairdresser.

All orders that are made via the online calendar with incorrect or missing data will be canceled immediately.

If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please let us know 24 hours prior to the appointment

by calling 968 67 032, 968 67 033 or sending an SMS / email / FB messages.

Unless we are notified 24 hours before the agreed appointment

the customer must pay for the treatment.

Invoice will be sent to you by sms or email.

PHOTOS AND ADVERTISING MATERIALS

The images of your dog can be posted on social media

and can be used for promotional material.

Please let us know if you do not want us to take pictures of your dog.

BEFORE VISITING THE SALON, DO NOT GIVE THE ANIMALS ANY SEDIMENTS.
GROOMER MUST BE INFORMED ABOUT THE POSSIBLE APPLICATION OF SUCH MEASURES.
